Balanced Board, Bead & Butt, Best Buy The specification for this versatile door includes: A 9mm thick knotty pine boarded appearance to both faces with bead & butt profile Skeleton framed pine core with lock and hinge blocks both sides Boarded doors offering exceptional stability, which fit regular 35mm or 45mm rebates and take normal door latch/lock furniture as required.

The pine yoxall is exactly the same as the standard Village range, including 15mm lippings to facilitate rebating 12mm into pairs. Village in Pine is supplied unfinished but ready for paint, stain or varnish.

These can be used in double leaf door sets, minimal reduction to fit.

All doors in this section are of an engineered construction for stability, incorporating core materials of poplar and oak face veneers and lippings. Profiling is standard ovolo without projecting mouldings but with style widths in excess of 115mm, which is greater than average, to add to the opulance of this stylish, quality door. Lippings are sufficient for rebating into pairs if required but size reduction should be limited to within the amount visible on door end.

The sales of these cottage style doors just continues to grow especially for use in barn conversions and similar projects. The FD30 fire rating capability of the ‘Yoxall’ really has opened up the prospect of using these doors in virtually any development. Being made from Cerejeira(veneer), a timber currently in vogue is just adding to its popularity. Offered in Cerejeira, a timber very similar to oak. Supplied unvarnished to facilitate a stained oak finish. Thickness 35mm, being ideal for straight replacement into existing frames or as new. Yoxall FD30 45mm thick. Anslow has attractive studded ledges on one side. Yoxall and Tutbury have no ledges or braces with full thickness boarding looking the same both sides. Please Note: Now available Yoxall half-hour fire rated FD30 to BS 476 PT22 for use in single leaves or pairs.
