Limelight Doors Value for money paintable white primed MDF faced doors Following Limelight's successful launch in 2009, two new designs 'Apollo' and 'Barbican' have been introduced for 2010. These paintable doors are based on the most popular designs offered within natural veneers. Manufactured using a 32mm wide style around the edge of the doors with hinge/lock blocks both sides on 35mm thick doors and a solid FD30 core on 44mm doors. Faces are of MDF with 3mm deep feature grooves and coated with an excellent white primer to take top coat finish, if desired. FD30 fire door options available, including the ‘Dominion’ and ‘Barbican’ which are ready glazed with Pyrodur Plus.

An exciting high quality family of internal panel doors in oak

Solid engineered construction, with a core of MDF or other specie timbers to improve stability Raised panels and moulding to both sides Prepared for but not including varnish finish (suitable for different shades of staining if required) Louis, 4 and 6 panel doors now also available in 44mm thickness to half-hour FD30 fire rating. These can be used in double leaf door sets, minimal reduction to fit.

All doors in this section are of an engineered construction for stability, incorporating core materials of poplar and oak face veneers and lipping s. Profiling is standard ovolo without projecting mouldings but with style widths in excess of 115mm, which is greater than average, to add to the opulence of this stylish, quality door. Lipping s are sufficient for rebating into pairs if required but size reduction should be limited to within the amount visible on door end.

The sales of these cottage style doors just continues to grow especially for use in barn conversions and similar projects. The FD30 fire rating capability of the ‘Yoxall’ really has opened up the prospect of using these doors in virtually any development. Being made from Cerejeira(veneer), a timber currently in vogue is just adding to its popularity. Offered in Cerejeira, a timber very similar to oak. Supplied unvarnished to facilitate a stained oak finish. Thickness 35mm, being ideal for straight replacement into existing frames or as new. Yoxall FD30 45mm thick. Anslow has attractive studded ledges on one side. Yoxall and Tutbury have no ledges or braces with full thickness boarding looking the same both sides. Please Note: Now available Yoxall half-hour fire rated FD30 to BS 476 PT22 for use in single leaves or pairs.
