At present we are unable to ship to anywhere except Mainland UK. With exception of the Scottish Highland’s following postcodes, please phone or email for a delivery estimate. IV,KW ,PA ,PH. Delivery costs, are based on the number of doors ordered.

Once your goods are available, we will email to confirm and the courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery. The condition of goods are fully checked before leaving the warehouse, however you must inspect the goods for damage before you sign the courier’s delivery note because if the delivery note is not marked as damaged and the door returned, the courier will not accept liability.

All of our products are delivered by courier between 8.30am and 5:30pm weekday’s to an address of your choice. Alternative options are available at additional cost, please phone 0191 2734073 or email webmaster@blackettsdoors.co.uk for details. We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. We however cannot guarantee delivery, as once the goods leave the warehouse we are reliant on our couriers service. Consequentially we will not be held liable for any external arrangements made by you with regard fitting of the doors or time of work. By placing an order on our website, constitutes an agreement by you to these terms and conditions.

We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. We recommend you only arrange for qualified trades people to carry out installation work on your behalf, after your order has actually been delivered from us.

RETURNS

If you do not like an item purchased from our on line catalogue, for whatever reason, return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date together with the original packaging and we will either exchange the item or give you a full refund excluding delivery/collection charges.

We make every effort to describe products accurately. While we cannot accept liability for errors or slight variations in the actual goods occur, we will provide a full refund if you are dissatisfied. We cannot be held responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery, due to our discounted product prices.

For goods that are defective (a digital image may be required) we will either exchange them or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
